How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase unless we have contacted you specifying otherwise. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are usually shipped the same day. 

What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship items through UPS, USPS and Fedex.

We process shipments Monday through Friday from our warehouse. Please note that shipping schedules may be affected on holidays or days when the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx do not pick up packages. Estimated delivery dates serve as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Kindly be aware that FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx Express, and the USPS may have limited delivery services on holidays and select days. Unforeseen weather issues or other unexpected factors may lead to shipment delays. Please note that Westchester Detailing Supply cannot be held responsible for any delays related to FedEx or USPS services.

Which areas do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery on eligible orders to Westchester County. Orders for same-day local delivery are typically processed the same day if placed before 12pm, and next day for all later orders.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided with your order. For items that are being shipped via local delivery using our couriers, a notification will be sent once the item has been delivered.

What if my order is lost or missing?
Westchester Detailing Supply and UPS/USPS assume no further liability for missing or lost packages once they are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed.

What happens if I provide incorrect or incomplete shipping address information?
Westchester Detailing Supply, USPS, and UPS or any other shipping courier cannot be held responsible for issues that are the result of incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address information provided by the purchaser. Please ensure to review your order, shipping, and payment details carefully before checking out.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
From time to time an item may be out of stock and may not ship right away. We will do our best to update you on the status of these items as soon as we can.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you ensure it arrives on time?
We make no guarantee of handling or delivery time for any order placed. If you need your order by a certain date, we suggest contacting us first to see if we can meet your expectations.

What is your return policy?
At Westchester Detailing Supply, we have a 14-day return policy for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Some conditions apply and a restocking fee may be charged. For complete details, please refer to our Return Policy.
