Return Policy

At Westchester Detailing Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy that allows you to return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before sending the product back. To request authorization and receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return, please email us at returns@westchesterdetailingsupply.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- The return shipment must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returns of tools and machines will not be accepted and should instead be sent directly to the manufacturer. 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing the returned product.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

In the event you were shipped a package with a damaged, missing or incorrect product, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us. We will then give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge. We may require photographs or other information before completing your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
